Faculty of Persistent Education of Correspondence Department of Baranovichi State University gives an opportunity to get higher education on the basis of specialized secondary education with reduced period of training.
Now there are 1835 students at the faculty. It trains on the following specialities:
- Pre-School Education (3.5 years) – Qualification: Pedagogue. Professional branch is education of children since birth till school. Spheres of activity: education of children of school age at pre-school institutions; research and scientific-and-pedagogical work at scientific establishments.
- Primary Education (3.5 years) – Qualification: Teacher. Spheres of activity: teaching at primary school; methodical and inspectorial work, research and scientific-and-pedagogical work at scientific establishments.
- Economics and Management at Enterprise of Agro-Industrial Complex (3.5 years) – Qualification: Economist-Manager. Spheres of activity: planning of economic activity of enterprises; work and production organization; making management decisions; technological monitoring; quality control of goods and services; market research.
- Accounting, Analysis and Auditing (3.5 years) – Qualification: Economist. Spheres of activity: carrying out registration, analytical, control-and-revision and auditing work and scientific research; teaching activity, organization-and-management work at revision-and-analytical sphere.
- Jurisprudence. Economic Law (4 years) – Qualification: Lawyer. Spheres of activity: work at bodies of legislative, executive and judicial authorities, office of public prosecutor, establishments of justice, other state organizations, board of lawyers, commercial and non-commercial organizations.
- Technical Maintenance of Agricultural Production (4 years) – Qualification: Engineer. Spheres of activity: work on exploitation, repair and servicing of tractors, automobiles and agricultural machines; mechanized work in plant-growing and cattle-breeding; organization and management of industrial activity of agricultural enterprise; scientific research.
- Economics and Production Organization (Machine-Building) (4 years) – Qualification: Engineer-Economist. Spheres of activity: planning of economic activity of enterprise; work and production organization; making management decisions; running enterprise subdivisions; quality control of goods and services; market research.
Training is either chargeable or non-chargeable.
