 FOREIGN CITIZENS’ TRAINING FOR ENTERING INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
The BarSU Faculty of Pre-University Training invites foreign citizens having the education corresponding to the general secondary education in the Republic of Belarus , for getting complex training in order to enter BarSU or other institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus .
The training is carried out according to the elaborated plans and programs, ensuring the knowledge level necessary for entering institutions of higher education.
Period of training – 9 months (October 17 – July 7)
Economic profile. Hearers study three subjects of entrance examination:
- Russian,
- Mathematics,
- Foreign Language
plus
- Introduction in the Special Subject,
- Rudiments of Information Technologies
1. Documents necessary for foreign citizens to get invitation for education
- Foreign citizen's questionnaire-application (fulfilled in Russian);
- Notarized copy of certificate of education with indicated subjects and marks;
- Copy of national passport;
All copies must be notarized.

2. Informing about the receipt of invitation for education and entrance visa
Having received the invitation for education at Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the applicant's country, a foreign citizen must inform the University about the approximate date of his arrival to Belarus :
3. Documents for admission to BarSU
Having arrived to Belarus , a foreign citizen renders the following documents to the Dean's office of the Faculty of Pre-University Training:
- application on admission for education ( is fulfilled by the applicant at admission committee's office );
- originals of documents of education with indicated subjects and marks;
- original of medical certificate (from the applicant's country);
- medical HIV-certificate (from the applicant's country);
- insurance policy valid in the Republic of Belarus.
- notarized copy of birth certificate;
- 8 photos 3x4 cm;
- certificate of faculty of pre-university training/ preparatory department/ preparatory courses of higher educational establishments (if there is any);
- national passport with educational visa.
It is necessary to render the notarized documents' translation into Russian or Belarusian.
The period of documents admission: September 1 - October 15 .
4. Agreement and fees for studying and living
A foreign citizen admission to the Faculty of Pre-University Training is carried out on the basis of the agreement on education, concluded between the University and a foreign citizen.
University provides foreign students with rooms in the University's comfortable dormitory.
5. Before the beginning of studies a foreign citizen must…
- be registered at Migration Office in Baranovichi in five working days after his arrival to Belarus;
- conclude agreements on studies and living;
- pay for studies and living;
- be examined by Baranovichi public health service.

6. Having finished the training
After the graduation from the Preparatory Department for foreign citizens of the Faculty of Pre-University Training, listeners get a certificate if the examination is passed successfully.
Having finished the training at the Preparatory Course, hearers enter BarSU or other institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus according to the valid Rules of admission to the institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus, valid Rules of admission to Baranovichi State University and other institutions of higher education, and normative and legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
