Under contemporary conditions, when the speed of informational flow increases rapidly, and knowledge is being renewed, according to the specialists’ opinion, in average every three years, it is impossible to overestimate the role and importance of additional education and, first of all, staff re-training. This kind of educational services, according to scientists’ forecast, soon will become the most collected and economically acquitted.

The main directions of the faculty’s activity are: to meet the needs of local executive and regulatory bodies, institutions, enterprises and organizations in highly skilled staff; to keep improving the quality of student training with regard to its practical aspects and obtaining solutions to specific professional problems; to provide feedback to the organizations which sent the trainees to take a course; to provide consultation service.

  At the Faculty of  Refresher Training and Re-Training in Economy and Education training is carried out in the following specialities:

Training at the faculty is carried out by the university lecturers, and if it is necessary, we invite highly-qualified professionals from another educational establishments and practical workers.

A person wishing to retrain renders the following documents:

• Original and copy of diploma (certificate of education);
• Original and copy of diploma enclosure;
• Application;
• 3 photos 3х4;
• Medical sertificate;
• Copy of labour book;
• Passport copy.

The fee is paid in several stages.

The faculty invites senior students of full-time department for retraining. Students, wishing to study in a speciality of the faculty of re-training, render the following documents to the dean’s office:

• Application;
• Written rector’s permission;
• 3 photos 3х4;
• Medical certificate;
• Passport copy.

Documents are admitted 1-30 September, 2009 and 1-28 February, 2010.
