*Full-time students are served according to their students' cards, correspondence students – according to their credit cards.

*Central reading-hall and reading-halls of faculties serve all the students of the University

*Subscription hall serves the students of its faculty.

*Students can use text-books and manuals during a semester.

*Students must return all text-books and manuals before summer holidays.

*If a book is lost, a reader must return a book equal in value.
