Master's programme – is the second stage of higher education directed toward pedagogical and scientific-research work. It includes deeping both general scientific and specific scientific knowledge, passing of exams and credits, scientific-research and defense of a thesis.
Master's programme allows to possess advanced knowledge in a certain field of study, to obtain necessary skills in research work and to prepare to postgraduate studentship.

In 2009 in Baranovichi State University (BARSU) established extramural and full-time Master’s programme with specialization in General Pedagogics, History of Pedagogics and Education (1-08 80 06).

Master’s programme is regulated by the Statute on The Second Stage of Higher Education adopted by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus № 68 dated the 18th of January 2008.
