Preparation and sending of documents by a foreign citizen to receive a study invitation

To receive a study invitation the following documents are to be sent to the university by post, by fax or by e-mail before July 5 of the current year:

  • filled in questionnaire;
  • a copy of the document on education indicating the subjects studied and the marks (points) obtained on them at the exams with a notarized translation;
  • a copy of birth certificate with a notarized translation;
  • a copy of a passport for traveling abroad

The copies of documents must be verified by the notary.

Before arrival in Belarus

After receiving a study invitation at the Belarusian Embassy in the applicant's home country, a foreign citizen is to inform the Department of International Activities about the applicant's expected date of arrival in the Republic of Belarus:

Procedure for obtaining an entry visa

An applicant sends to the university the required documents to receive an invitation.
After the documents are considered by the university and a favourable decision is made regarding the applicant, and after the invitation is endorsed by internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Belarus, an official study invitation is sent to the Belarusian Embassy in the applicant's home country.
All visa issues are clarified at the Belarusian Embassy in the applicant's home country.
